1. Email us details (artwork/materials/size/colors/technics/destination/payment terms); attach similar product pics if unsure.

2. We’ll reply promptly with price, freight & transfer charges upon receiving details.

3. Issue invoice after your price confirmation.

4. Design artwork for you post order payment (if needed).

5. Produce samples after sample charge (skip Step 6 if no samples required).

6. Start bulk production after your design/sample approval.

7. Bulk production, inspection & goods handover. 8. After-sales service.

Option 1 – By Sea: Cheaper than air parcel; for large quantities; transit time ≤ 1 month.

Option 2 – By Express (DHL/TNT/UPS/FEDEX/EMS/ARAMEX): For small quantities; delivery ≤ 1 week; 30%-60% off official freight price.

Option 3 – By Air Freight: Cheaper than express; faster than sea shipping.

Sample charge: $30–$150. 10pcs samples sent by Express:
– Freight collect: Provide Express NO., company name & address

Usually, we need 100% payment before production. At least 70% before production, then 30% before shipping.
